Assignment #1 - 2007 Warm Beach Family Reunion by C

COUSINS

Warm Beach

Fun, laughter, good food, good stories.

That's what comes to mind whenever I hear that their will be a gathering at Warm Beach. This year was no different, except that I can add camping to the list this time. We arrived a night early and parked our travel trailer in the front parking area, although we ended up staying in a tent that night! (I have not slept well for several months. But for the first time, I had two nights of good, peaceful sleep while at Warm Beach.)

One thing I really enjoy about having married into this family is the sense of "togetherness". What I mean is that this family seems to really enjoy getting together. That is a real blessing to me. My own family (extended and close) gets together not so often, and there isn't the same sense of closeness that is present with the Sebbas families. I think that Grandma Lea would be delighted to see all of us continuing to come together.

I had a great time and look forward to the next family gathering.

Assignment #1

Our first family blog assignment is to write about this past weekend's Warm Beach Family Reunion.

You can write whatever you like - as long as it pertains to the reunion. :)

Please send me the link to your writing when you've published. There is no limit to the number of stories/memories you and your family decide to write. May I suggest that each family group have at least one blog? That way, if someone would like to participate and is unable, they may email their story to the family member who chooses to be the administrator. I am the family blog administrator for my little family. But if someone in our family group (parents, children & spouses, grandchildren) wants to send me their story, I will post it to this blog.

I hope this makes sense. :)

I am really excited to see how this all works out. If you have any questions, please contact me via the email link in our profile. Leave comments! I/we will respond in the comments section.

Thanks!

P.S. I didn't talk to the Canadian cousins about documenting our family history this way. Will someone who stays in contact with them by email please pass this along to them???? Thank you!
